What we collect
The form asks for your name, contact details, location, the roles you want, experience, expected monthly pay, English level, skills, US-shift availability, internet and power setup, hardware, start date, how you heard about us, and a link to your resume. We store the time you consented, this notice version, and a salted hash of your IP address. We do not store the raw IP address.
Why
We use this information to review your application and decide whether screening comes next. The purpose recorded with your consent is application processing.
How long
If you are not hired, the profile and resume link are kept for about six months after the application closes, then deleted. A short audit row remains, with the record id and the word purged. [ATTORNEY] Confirm the retention period and the audit row before launch.
Your choices
The consent checkbox is required to submit an application. It is not pre-ticked. Questions about this notice can go to hello@crewledge.com. [ATTORNEY] Add the data protection officer and the rights language before launch.
